abusing powers?

okay so as many of you know i made a topic called favourite mod or admin or owner..
this game was going fine.. one of the game rules was
You can vote for than once..

and mute banned it for the reason that you can vote more than once.. i admitted that i wanted more people to post on the game and the rule was partly made for this reason he locked the topic this i am not happy with
since i cant quote from the topic because its dead you can look at it yourself to see what mute said
