He was an Ex-Forum Moderator.
Gravedigging is when you post on an old thread that isn't pinned or important.

Its usually 1-2 or so months without a post which classes a topic to be gravedig-able. With the exception of pinned topics, forum game topics, or unless you have a really good reason to bump it.

Someone correct me about the dates, because I'm not 100% sure on them.
I was pretty sure it was 120 days, because after 120 days you get a notification thing up the top saying "This topic is 120 days old or older are you sure you want to post". If I'm correct 120 days is around 3 and a half to 4 months. But I'd say grave digging in this community is usually 1 month - 2 months so your right Luke. <3

Insomnom

It doesn't matter either way when the notification is. =P
Forum rules say one month (posting #8).

I think that's reasonable.
Considering you're allowed to grave-dig if you actually have something of value to add to a topic that may bring it back to life.
Though that rarely happens, it's still reasonable. ^^

nope, its 122 days.
Nope It's 120, I've actually seen a topic say it.

Take a look: http://www.worldscapeblitz.com/blitz/smf/index.php/topic,465.0.html

It says this. "Warning: this topic has not been posted in for at least 120 days.
Unless you're sure you want to reply, please consider starting a new topic."
