Im just posting becuase im wondering what skills are not avalible becauase i dont want to annoy NYONE ON aking how they got there skill cape when they just spawned it thank you if u can help  ;D

Look on the highscores page. Go to Chaoslancex's page. Whatever skill he is level 1 in isn't in the game yet.

It seems as though it will be fletching. I think after that it'll be crafting.
