What kind of theme? The white one? If so, you can change it by yourself..

He means DillonRS. It's an old theme that I found a while back. People started to use it, but then they decided this is better. This is better. The RS one was so common. Nearly all of the RSPS forums had it. I like BlackBox...

You can change it yourself I'm pretty sure. Go to Profile -> Look & Layout -> Forum theme. There are list of forum themes there.

It only offers the Admin's theme, this theme, and default theme. Admin's theme is this one. Default theme is Core which is prodominantly white.
