i started with my old lvl acc
1 (25%)
start brand new
2 (50%)
no wallmart connection
0 (0%)
had new weapons
1 (25%)
and ever time u log in u start with 1m
0 (0%)

I chose start fresh. It's a challenge that way :)

I agree, I would rather start fresh with the lower exp rate.
If they let you keep your levels it wouldn't be fair to the newer players.
