Error-Item Id

I was fighting some enemies, and this came up:  Error: [RuneHQItemDrop] Cannot find item Id for "Teeth half of a key"


(srry for bad quality, might have 2 zoom in on it),

Edit:  Also, a similar thing happens when fighting men, and this glitch with teeth half of a key has happened 2 me twice.

I've gotten the same error before, it says something like:

Code Select Expand


Error: [RuneHQItemDrop] Cannot find Item Id For "Bronze Arrow".

same here.i think it happens like one too many times lol...can some admin or mod plz tell us why does that happen?or do we have to report it to admin or something like that.    :)

I'm pretty sure it means that drop was just not coded quite right. It happens with a lot of items! I don't know whether or not you should report it.
