Okay, well I was thinking about the forums and I realized there is no place for forum reports! So i decided that I would make A topic for that, so until someone makes a "Real" place for them (If you want) you can put them here. There is a little tool on the bottom left of the screen it says "Report to moderator".
When you want to report somebody on the forums you just click this button and follow the steps.

The board is called Report In-Game Rules Breakers. Pk0 is correct. Use the fancy button in the bottom corner of every post. There is a report to admin button on personal messages too. As Travis would say..... The mystery has been solved.
