This is how you should be buying rares... Two simple tactics.…

Would you offer a 172 account for that item?? If you would then you can consider it rare.... A beret? Yes. Fishbowl helmet? Yes. Purple flowers? No. Holy water? Probably not.

How many are there?? If there are less than 25 and they are undupable they are considered rare. Beret? Yes. Fishbowl? Yes. Purple flowers? No. Holy water? Yes.
