cape of legends

i am wanting a cape of legends and i was wondering where i can them or if anything drops them or what is a reasonable price to buy one from somebody?

my friend is looking for some one to sell that cape to. but he wants stuff like dragon or aherim. i don't know wich one. i know that he would not take rune not even if there from zamarok, guthix or saradom. o yea my freiend is diz399 or diz377. he might be on any of those.

Also another way to get a legends cape, is to walk to the legends guild, and type in ::hhhh 1. This will bring you to the second level of the legends guild, where you can buy it from a shop.
