1. Get some runes by doing ::runes (obviously)
2. Get an Ancient Staff from Zaff in Varrok
3. Kill men in Lumbridge and Otherworldly Beings in the Northpole
4. By now you can do Lumbridge Teleport. Keep using that until level 50.
5. Since you can use Varrok Teleport use that until level 75
6. You can now use Watchtower Teleport and you should use it until level 100
7a.* Now you can use Ape Atoll Teleport and if you use it you gain 102k exp.
7b.* Now you can use stun, you can hit extremely high on any monster. Warning they can hit up to how high you hit them (if you hit a 60 on them they can hit up to 60, anything higher than 30 is the amount you hit on that monster)
