This is the official Pking Hall of Fame. To get voted into the hall of fame you must get a majority vote (51%) to be able to vote you must send an application to me through forum PM. If you get voted in you don't have a voting right immediatley. If you get a 67% acceptence while being voted to be in the hall of fame then you will be able to vote.  Anyone is eligible to be in the Hall of Fame and anyone can nominate anyone. we will try to vote 1 time every 2 weeks. I will appoint temporary voters until i have enough normal voters. The people who have the abilty to vote will be listed on the next post. The people who are in the Hall of Fame will be on the post after that.
