I know they are rares as far as I know but I do not know where to get them? ??? :'(

The only way you can get them is from other players.

I'm not saying they are, but i've heard a rumor about anger weapons getting duplicated by someone. (I have no idea who).

In my opinon they're not to rare as they were.
