what is the best wepon or armour for 100mil?

to tell the truth i don't know but with that you could get an obby shield or armour dh is really good. :-\

Although I don't really spend my money anymore, I can't say that 100M will get you much.
Like Lance said, probably an obby shield or some decent armor.
