Selling almost 110 party  hats all the colors only for w/e u offer

Please do not try and trick other players into buying something that is spawned and worthless.  You would lucky to sell them all for 100k. If anyone wants party hats go to ::phats. This is in the wildy so bring nothing with you, wait a minute north until a cracker spawns, use on another player and either you or the other player will get the party hat.

you can also go to ::specialphat which is not in the wildy and party hats spawn there without having to use a cracker :)
