by specs do you mean special attacks, and i think they will have them, they will also have items like brone sword, most of the item id's past 9999 will be on the new game, but like most servers other than a few like BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP but most servers cannot have those items past item id 9999.

WorldScape Blitz can past IDs over 9999. I think Worldscape was made from scratch, so...
