That's stupid, because it isn't just winterLove servers that have high bonuses on the P Ring, you can change the bonuses on any item on any base, so that was kind of a stereotypical, uneducated statement.

Guys why do you stereotype p-rings? Just cause a few servers had them at max stats doesn't mean all do.
