well i just installed new windows-Xp pro....well i found that sound is not working btw and dun know how to make it work so if some one got any idea he can post here ...

And like Luke said, What type of computer do you have? like EXACTLY not just like "Dell" but like the specs of your computer.

Like the type of computer.. So it's called a Sony ---- Computer.

EDIT: Here is what he said when I asked him what type of Sony:

[10:52:35 AM] omar: it tell just sony nothing else
[10:52:47 AM] omar: and model ac230v 2008-2009

this would help here? i know that so old but well..
i download that sound driver but the sound still not working

If you are using a Dell computer you go to support.dell.com . Then go Support for home users. Then "Drivers & Downloads". Then you either do service tag or model. If you choose service tag you lift up your computer and look under, there should be a lot of numbers and letters. Write it in. When done a page comes up. Now just look for the Sound Driver Card or something. You will see it.  Tell me if this helped




I see you got a sony computer, but incase someone needs help about that with a dell just quote my last post :P

If you are using XP : Start ---> Run ---> Type in "Dxdiag" and go to "Sound"

Does that help at all?  :o
