Does anyone know where I can get Ranger boots and Robin hood hat???

Long ago, you could have bought them at the ::etele range shop.
Now, the only way to achieve them legit, is from people.

They got changed for Blitz and when Blitz got taken down, the shops stayed the same.

For example, in the area located near fight pits,  there used to be a shop that sold you barrows armour and weapons along with dragon armoury and weapons, but now it sells a certain amount of different items =\.
