Advertising:
Any form of Advertising will result in a one day G:Line (Ban); such as:

    * Website URL's
    * Server IP's other than AllGoFree's
    * Hamachi Servers
    * IRC Networks
    * External Client download links

Obscene Language within the IRC
Obscene Language is permitted to a degree. Cursing is allowed as long as it's not offensive, or directed towards anyone, or any group of people.

Racism
Any form of racism, written or visual, will NOT be tolerated. Racism is the ghetto of the English language. Using such terms or slangs will end you up with a permanent ban from the entire AllGoFree website and game.

Spamming
Any form of repetitive gibberish will result in anything from a 10-30 minute ban or a permanent one depending on circumstances.

Impersonation:
Use YOUR Worldscape/AGF name; if you choose to impersonate someone you'll be banned.

Respect others:
Do onto others as you'd like done onto you. This is key to staying alive within the IRC Chat Room. If you cannot treat others decently, respectfully, or nicely then you should stay away from the IRC. The IRC is heavily moderated and such attitudes will not be tolerated.

Multiple Logging In:
When a user logs onto two accounts at the same time on the IRC Network they will receive a temporary ban.

Scripts:
Please do not try and use your own scripts. Most scripts cause spam, or are completely useless to begin with. It'll be easier for everyone, including yourself, if you refrain from adding any scripts. If caught doing so you will be permanently banned from all IRC channels.

Bots (User-created)
Bots/Botnet's are prohibited. Any use or connection of these on WorldScape/AGF's IRC will result in a permanant IP-Ban.

Note: Using these bots to spam, advertise, or distribute viruses will result in the bots being banned from the network. Not only that but you may or may not receive an in-game, or forum ban. This ban will be permanent.


Punishments; (%), (@) Mod issued:

Kick - User's removed from the channel.
Mute - User's muted from the channel.
Channel ban (+b) - Prevents user from re-joining a channel.
Akick - Auto kick & ban on join.

IRC Owners only:

G:Line - Prevents a users host, IP, or mask from connecting to the server.
Z:Line - Prevents an IP from connecting to the server. (IP-Ban)
GZ:Line - Global Z:Line. Prevents an IP from connecting to the network.
K:Line - Prevents a nickname, host, or username from connecting to the server.
Q:Line - Prevents a nickname from being used.

Ranks:

Channel Ranks:

     ~ = Owner - Owner of the channel. Can give all ranks, set access, kick, ban, add people to akick, and edit channel settings. Has unlimited power.

    & = Channel Administrator (This position is given to AllGoFree Staff) - Can give the ranks: Sop, Op, HalfOp, and Voice. Can kick, ban, and add people to akick. Can also give access and permanent ranks.

    @ = "Op" Global Channel Moderator - Can give the ranks: Op, HalfOp, and Voice. Can kick & ban; limited power.

    % = "HalfOp" Channel Moderator - Can kick & ban. No access to services.

    + = Voice (Moderator in training) - Can chat/talk while channel is moderated/muted. (+m)


Important: In #WorldScape NEVER ask Jeremy or Ry60003333 for ranks. You'll be warned and eventually kick/banned if you do not stop. All ranks are earned, and are never given away.

Rule 1, Offensive Language will be different starting today, 6-6-09.

This rule applies only in-game, and not on the forums.

The rule used to include that any obscene language was not tolerated. This is no longer the case.

Obscene language is tolerated to a degree, let me give you some examples:

What is not permitted: (You will receive a mute for the following)
Player1: hey, f*ck you you little shit head.
Player2: f*ck you too, ass hole!
Player3: shut the f*ck up respected member of community!

What is permitted:
Player1: I f*cking lost my helmet! Damnit!
Player2: What the f*ck are you saying?
Player3: f*cking computer! keeps lagging!

Racist slang/terms will not be tolerated in any way, shape, or form.

The change isn't that drastic but it may be confusing at first. Just remember that any offensive language that is directed or appointed to any individual will not be tolerated.

Please also note that you are cursing on your own here. The Moderator's get to decide what is muteable or what isn't muteable. Curse at your own risk!

When new Forum Moderator's are needed I usually go through a process in finding an eligible cadidate. It's very important that a Forum Mods reputation is clean. When I usually go about finding new Forum Mods i'll sift through the forum and find users who post on-topic, and who use the forum Report Abuse feature to help us in finding rule breakers.


Forum Moderator's have a huge responsibility. They can use the Admin Control Panel, and the Mod Control Panel. Within the Admin Control Panel Forum Moderator's have the ability to ban users unlimitidly, send warnings, send mass messages, and review all of a users posts. Within the Mod Control Panel Forum Moderator's have tools that assist them in reviewing Forum Reports. Forum Moderator's have the ability to edit, remove, delete, lock, or sticky any threads or posts and delete any polls if necessary. Forum Moderator's are trusted completely.


Their is no 100% criteria to become a Forum Moderator. I usually look at amount of posts, online time, Forum Reports, grammar, maturity, and the personality of the user through their posts. It's important that Forum Moderator's are mature, and respectful to everyone. Forum Mod's are vital to keeping this website running properly and without them it'd be almost impossible.

Quick, someone get me some earmuffs so I can pretend like I didn?t hear this! Unfortunately the Saudi Royal Family is not the only Saudis you have a close little relationship, now is it Mr. Bush? But you know Mr. Bush that the Saudi Nation is the number-one supplier for oil. How could you put yourself in this position? Wait? Did I just REALLY ask myself that? We?re talking about the President here, SILLY ME!

If I?m not mistaken Mr. Bush, your father in 1990 saved the Saudis when Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait. Now was that just a coincidence that your good ole? pops was there, and so kindly offered them a ride home? I THINK NOT! Mr. Bush, I?ve been doing a little bit of reading; in the New York Times, on 2003, I read a little article. This little article told me a few little things about you. It stated that the Saudi Royal Family considered you to be ?apart of the extended family?. Odd? I believe so!

Mr. Bush, please explain to me how you can justify passing the ?USA PATRIOT Act?. We all know that it stands for ?Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001?. Now if I?m not mistaken, exactly how many people died from ?Weapons of Mass Destruction? in 2002? How about 2003? How about 2004? How about 2005? How about 2006? How about 2007? How about this year, 2008? Oh that?s right, none, 0, ZIP, NADA! Absolutely none. Where the hell did all the terrorists go!? You?ve done a great job in scaring the living crap out of everyone and now you and your trusty companion d*ck  have the ability to ?trap and trace? any and all emails you want, view banking records, school records, the list of library books checked out, and purchases made by anyone who lives in the United States of America; home of the free. How about the 1,200 people detained and held indefinitely and secretly, most for no reason other than minor immigration violations?? How do you think, in your sick little pathetic brain of yours, that you can detail this many people FOR NO REASON!? Most of these ?victims of the wrath of our President? were detained for over 6 months. If I?m incorrect, and please, PLEASE inform me if I am, that while these students were being detained they endured ?a pattern of physical and verbal abuse? and ?unduly harsh? imprisonment policies. Mr. Bush, if you didn?t notice, but it is un-American to imprison a large group of people when there is no credible reason to think they are dangerous. Did you get all that? Let me repeat it nice and slowly for you; IT IS UN-AMERICAN TO IMPRISON A LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE WHEN THERE IS NO CREDIBLE REASON TO THINK THEY ARE DANGEROUS! This guide will show you how to create a .bat file that uses the command prompt to create an administrator account on any Windows computer. No, you don't have to be an administrator to use this! :)

This has a 95% chance of working - all depending on your computer settings.
