So I've been running a lot lately a mile. To lose weight. :) and i get some really bad cramps anybody know some good tips than make you not get cramps or get rid of them fast?

My math teacher assigns it every day includig weekends and i'm not even in advanced or probe if you know what i' talking avout. Even after a test! So yep I'm swamped with that and life. I have a feeling with Steve Jobs resigning as apple CEO he is destined to die by a year by now or even less.... I read that he has a very bad case of cancer which started in 2004.

So he will be terribly missed... For he changed computers as we see them today!
