Miscellaneous:I Told him Many times, you're not suppose to Ice Barrage, He just kept doing it. He even said he doesn't care if he gets Jailed. Ect.
From my understanding, there is no limitation in which you can cast a spell. Nor can you be reported for casting it over and over, keeping the player(s) frozen (known as farcasting). I do know that players often get frustrated by others doing this, you will simply have to avoid it. If you shall provide more evidence that proves this player has abused an in-game bug, pm me.
