Update pack #5 has been released!

Included updates:
- Added ::westdust.
- Added ::desert and ::westdust to ::teleports.
- Purple boots (item ID 4311) can now be unnoted.
- Fixed bug where new players would not start with the free items in their bank.
- Added ::lock and ::unlock to lock and unlock experience in any skill.
- Fixed more Blitz errors.
- Fixed Mining rocks in Wilderness that were not working.
- Added ::wildymine teleport to access these rocks.

But for the exp lock, It doesn't make anything in the skills menu red.
No it doesn't, and its because it wouldn't break some others things we plan to add.

can u update the thing? i was told that i had to ask u to do it and that it would help out..
So the xp lock, that means that if we log off and come back on, it'll still only train that skill. Right?

Great work Ryan-Master for the updates done in Classic and Blitz.
