Title: Forums Suggestion: Rate Option

I don't know if you would be able to do this, but, you know how members on the forums have the stars and stuff?  Well, what if we could do the same thing with forum topics?  Would you think this would be cool? it would average out the rates, and then the average rate would be the rate for that topic!
