I have never heard of any one encountering this problem on any ps i have ever been on... if i were you(im not) i would consult Ry or jeremy directly i think those are owners....(Seriously im not sure might get in trouble for pestering them though)
Please try using another account. The message "Cannot complete login" it means that the login server was unable to serve the request for your account.
