harpies bug lantern
full ahrims (hood, robes top and botom, and staff)
and desert boots ( it would be nice also if some one could tell me what to kill or where to get also)

obby shield - rare about (200m - 800m)
harpies bug lantern (idk) a jako latern is about - 600m - 1B
full ahrims (hood, robes top and botom, and staff) [about 15 - 30m you can get it from the northpole like 20% drop rate

Sorry but these prices are not accurate.
Obby shield - 80m bought on www.allgofree.org/shops.php? or bought from players.
Lantern - bit cheaper than what you said, well alot, 10-30m.
Ahrim's - probably 10-20m each.
Boots - 10mil each possibly, i have 10k of them.
