Does anyone know where I can get Ranger boots and Robin hood hat???

Long ago, you could have bought them at the ::etele range shop.
Now, the only way to achieve them legit, is from people.

I have a question for you, Dug.

Why can't you buy the Robin Hood hat and the ranger boots at the range shop anymore?  Please answer this question.  :)

They got changed for Blitz and when Blitz got taken down, the shops stayed the same.

For example, in the area located near fight pits,  there used to be a shop that sold you barrows armour and weapons along with dragon armoury and weapons, but now it sells a certain amount of different items =\.
