Yes it does. You can either bury regular bones or ourg bones.
Haven't you seen people with the skillcape? XD It's worked since old classic, but yeah... You can get the ourge bones at ::etele east shades.

Yes and No, it works.
Yes you can train it, but you cannot use prayer on Players vs. Player combat, but you can use it while fighting NPC's.
