I do.
If you believe what you did was wrong and are trying to change, I think you should.
I believe in a second chance when they try their best to do something with it.

If it was something done Unintentional, then yes.
Otherwise, no.
Although, on some occasions if the person seems and actually seems trustworthy and of good nature, then there could be hope on a second chance.
I believe in them, even though in my case it's about 100. I've changed for the better, tell me what you think about me. :)
It really depends on what you do to need the second chance really. Overall I believe, Yes.
