Strength- Rivin X and Duke Freedom
Hitpoints- Rivin X and Duke Freedom
Ranged- Duke Freedom
Prayer- Rivin X
Magic- Duke Freedom *
*Mooshu was not given max exp in Magic, he earned it.
Highscore pictures aren't working as well..

Also those players were old admin. So its basicly a cheat exp for them being rank number one =/
Yep. They actually got it because they're staff right now. I hate that so much... Oh, also, sometimes when you login to the game the highscores sets you forward or backwards a few spots... Just saying.

false, the only thing boosted for me was prayer, and that was in old classic.
