That is an interesting thought. Rares being distributed randomly to everyone rather than drop parties. Every $10 donated, your name gets put in another time into the poll.

I think how the server's economy was created made it difficult for new players to get into the game. The whole system was based off trading items for other items, which was kind of difficult if you had no items to begin with lol. Currency is a definite HAVE TO for a server. The decline was simply the fallout of players as they grew older and had more important life choices to make and take care of. If you notice, most players on here have played since 2009 or around that time. Everyone is a "legend". As for Pking, it always was also a problem with making people quit because everyone took everything so personal. Me and Drakedriller were basically a 2 man clan, and we always  piled people in the wildy, but then they always took it personal, hated us, or if they were a mod they kicked us before we could kill them (which was wrong). People might say, "yeah, you did pile them, they have every reason to hate you", but it is the wilderness you were standing in, and you did accept the terms and possible consequences when you teleported there.

As for the person who put the most into the server, id have to give that title to Brian Crowell. He no longer plays, but when he did, he had about 3 maxed out accounts, and always was online involved in the community.

id also say change the donors bunk items so that there is actually a point to doing barrows. make them stuff that you can only get through donating. Also, i would prefer no implementing of rares into the game. if so, it should be a drop from a monster 1/1000 or something.

Ws is a very hard game to get into as a new player because of the economy and bartering system.

i messaged both kevin and ryan on skype about it while they were both online. No response....

i think there are actually less rr players than ws players usually :p

I tried to log on and it said there was a problem with the login server. Is worldscape not currently up? I thought it was, because there are two people online, but now I am questioning that because they have been online every time I have checked this week.

This is just how worldscape is. The server is dead during the school year, but during breaks and summer we get 20+ people on all the time. Worldscape generally doesnt grab new players. Worldscape used to have atleast 5 or so people on daily throughout the school year, but now we are all growing up and living our lives. Now we just try to find time to get on during summer or christmas break or something. I miss worldscape how it used to be, but its just not going to happen because most of us are adults now.

lol I saw this 3 hours before you posted. Thats weird  :P.
