General (OT) / Naming my car. Halp.

So I've yet to name my car.

She's a Mercury Grand Marquis.
She basically looks like this:

She was owned by a PI before the guy who sold it to me.
Due to something-or-other with that guy, she has a bullet hole in the drivers side door that goes all the way through to the inner door handle, which is only half there.
She loves to hit forty and stay there for some reason. Uphill or down, for the most part.
She's a pretty heavy car and it took me a couple days to get parking down in her because I tried to overcompensate for the width I wasn't used to. xD

Anyway, I want name suggestions.  I want single-word names. I don't like names with two or more words, because I'm odd.
I have two in mind, but I'm not very creative so I'd like your suggestions.
If we can avoid common names that would remind me of people I might know, that'd be great. =P

The majority of all the players here.
More so the forum goers, since I'm more familiar with those active here, on the forums.

Over the short period of time I've been here in this community I've seen a great number of you all grow and mature.
It's nice to be reminded that people can change for the better, even in the slightest of senses.
I've seen major improvements in some and minor in others, but that's beside the point.
The fact is I can't think of a single person on here who I've interacted with quite a bit who hasn't improved in some way.

I'm proud of (most) all of you and I hope you guys keep it up. =P
As for the others- you're all just people I don't know well, so no offense.

In-Game Events / Gauntlet - Sign up

Okay. So we've got everything established and we're definitely going through with this.

If you could please sign up here, that would be great.

Just post the in-game name you'll be signing up with and the most convenient time for you to participate on Saturday AND the most convenient time for you to participate on Sunday (please include your timezone).
From that, I can pick which day 'nd 'bout when we'll start.

Also for all those who are willing to donate rares, could you please PM me with what they are?
I definitely wont be taking all of them (or any really- as you'll be the one giving them away- but you know what I mean) so I need to know what's on the table before picking. =p

In-Game Events / Gauntlet - Setting up.

So. I've this idea for an event.
Everyone who participates would run a gauntlet of sorts.
There would be four to five rounds of mini-events. Each time an event is over some participants would be knocked out of the event.
You can still play the next rounds, but you would not be counted in placement (IE. If you got knocked out during the first round and came in first place during the second round, the second place person would actually be first place because you don't count. =P).

The ideas for the rounds I have so far are as follows..

Round one: Basic Hide and Seek.
--Depending on the amount of participants, a percentage of the last people to find me would be disqualified.
Any users who announce my location to other users would be disqualified, as well as the users who were notified. This includes any alerts via PM. I'll be watching. =P

Round two: WorldScape and Basic trivia.
--Depending on the amount of participants still qualified, a percentage of the FIRST people to answer my questions correctly will qualify for the next round. The rest will be knocked off. This goes for all questions I ask as a collective. Not individually. =)

Round three: Camp
--Everyone who participates in this will have to post a screenshot of the message they receive after the camp event showing their kills/cash on the new event topic (or this one, depending. Not sure yet.) They will be allowed twenty minutes to do so and instructions will be given to all of those who are unsure how to post a screenshot.
Important note: There will be a keyword that I will say in chat when everyone must take their screenshots- I will say this multiple times so no one misses out. This is to ensure the screenshot was taken during the event. I will announce the keyword later. Any who post their screenshots without this keyword will be disqualified.

Round four(a): If at this point we still have more than two participants, we will have another round of Hide and Seek and/or more events, until only two participants are left.
Round four (b): If at this point we have only two participants left, assuming their combat level is relatively close to each other, they will have a fight to the death in a designated location away from others (to prevent anyone from messing the fight up.)*

*If the combat level difference of the two players is too far apart for the fight to be fair, then I have a secret event in mind to settle the winner. This will not be announced unless this happens, and only at that point in time.


If at any time there are not enough participants to continue with all the rounds, we will move straight to round four and a winner will be announced.
This event WILL take some time, so when you sign up, be sure you have enough time to participate fully, unless you just want to have fun. =)

On behalf of the All-Go-Free team, we regret to inform you all that we're done with Classic account recovery.
We will not be giving out passwords to accounts any longer.
This goes for any other recovery requests as well.

Don't fret though! If you signed up with a valid email address that you have access to, you can still recover any of your accounts at any time.
Also, remember this for in the future when you sign up to create new accounts.
Signing up with an email you actually use is very important. =D

Thank you to everyone who has returned to us with the relaunch of Classic.

So I got a complaint today saying that I should stop arguing both sides of everything I come across.
Apparently, that's not constructive and pisses people off?

I just wanted to know what's wrong with this. Because I NEVER thought there was a problem.

I don't necessarily argue both sides (by definition), I just see things from both points of view, and let others know that.
Isn't that what we've been told to do anyway?  Look at both sides, take a walk in their shoes, etc.
I enjoy being understanding. It makes things easier for everyone.

I just don't see why I should be criticized for not blatantly attacking someone I don't agree with when they make good points (..or at all).

Drawings, photography, etc. / Nothing special

Okay. This is the THRID time I've tried making this topic. -.-

I did this back in high school and it's the only semi-decent thing I've ever made, in relation to art. I'm not artistic at all. v.v

It was done on scratch paper (black&white/non colorful), so it was actually pretty fun to do. I really hated art class. Miserable times.
Anyhow, the berries weren't originally supposed to be there, but.. as you can see there would have been a tone of extra space (and I probably would have gotten bitched at by my art teacher).

If I have the original tucked away somewhere, which I think I do, I might try to scan it. Not sure how well that will work, but yeah.
