Okay I wouldn't say this would be fast, it would be time consuming but it's the best way I know of how to get Ourgs :)
What you want to do is go to your barrage spellbook (::switch)
Use the teleportation spell that teleports you to Annakarl. (WARNING IT IS IN WILDERNESS)
When you get there, there are 10 Aberrent Specter's (monsters)
They have a combat level of 96 and hitpoint level of 90, 95% of the time they drop Ourgs!
Don't wear anything valuable when you go there because remember it is in Wilderness!

Are you sure that they are 95% drop rate? How did you find that out? Lol.
Etele Shades drop them at a fairly good rate now but considering you need 13k to get 135 it could be better. :P

It isn't actually a 95% rate, it was just an assumption, it is probably an 80% rate.

With what I Merk said if you did do the Etele Shade's method then you could get your combat levels to 135 quicker as well as getting bones. Depends what you're aiming for though.
Actually I've tried out these things and they're pretty decent XP.

Yessir. They have a generous amount of health and there's an abundant supply of them, not to mention few players to compete with. And if you're a pker, you can eliminate competition even easier :)

Shades definitely are much better for training combat but because Abererant Spectres hp level is so little, it would be extremely faster to get prayer up with them.

I prefer shades because its a good place to train to.
I'll have to check these out. The Wilderness side puts me off a little though, Seeing as I usually AFK a little at Shades ::)
Thanks for the suggestion. I was annoyed by killing shades for them..
