Good armor to have is:
- Helm: Berserker Helm
Amulet: Amulet of Strength
Body: Dharok's Plate body
Legs: Dharok's plate legs
Boots: Dragon Boots
Gloves: B gloves
Shield: Rune Defender
Weapon: Dragon Dagger (p++)

After all this and a little hard work you will have 135 Strength in no time!!
Nice guide but at level 50 strength you don't really have to go to guards you can just go straight to northpole with food..

Yes your right, but some new players don't want to risk their items so i put that in just incase
