i got this problem in rs with, it keeps lagging as soon as i start it, it never did that before except when i got my laptop, hope somebody helps.
I had this problem but it got fixed after i turned it to OpenGL and "bloom" setting off (;

Go through all the Graphical settings, and mess around with them. I used to have to play on all the lowest settings in order to play.
