This is in-fact a known issue.
Due to map data not being programmed yet into the 508 Revision.
To fix this, either use the following link while logged into the forums under the account you wish to be transported:
http://www.worldscapeblitz.com/blitz/custom/?action=movetolumby
Or you may log-in to the 317 Revision Client to transport manually.
Download 317: http://dexsigns.com/allgofree/client/worldscape_client_v5_23.zip
I hope this has gave you more insight to the issue that you are having.
Please also be patient in hopes of new map data.
