The range Arzinian seems to be missing, anyone else getting this?
It's... spotty. Sometimes I'll go there and he's there and I'll start attacking him and he won't respawn, other times I'll go there and he isn't there in the first place, but yeah, I've seen variations of it happen.

This may be due to the bug where Npcs spawn in the incorrect places. I'm going to rewrite that part of the engine soon and then this should be fixed. :)
