There has been an unusual glitch when attacking a player.
When you ice blitz, ice barrage, or whatever it is, on a person,
and you attack after that, it won't allow you to attack the opponent.
You have to wait a while before attacking again.
This is probably due to the new update Ryan just installed. Probably something to do with auto retaliate working correctly. Honestly, it might work if you both turn off auto retaliate, but that's a complete shot in the dark on my part.
There has been a problem with the ice barrage where it sometimes hits multiple targets, and other times it doesn't. That might be related to this problem.
Man it's total chaos in wildy right now.

Please post more information on this issue, as right now it seems like the spell failing is completely random. However, the delay in attacking is due to the auto retaliate change, and I'm trying to fix that as soon as possible.
I'm not sure how to explain it more thoroughly.
When you attack someone, and you keep ice blitzing or ice barraging them, it won't let you
melee attack that person for a while. It gives you a bit of trouble attacking. It like
pauses you from attacking that person with a whip.
I think that's all i can explain about it.
