It's a game, no set price for anything. RS tries to do it and succeeded. Too bad they make everything badly priced, eh?
I haven't gotten anything, Because i get bored of barrows.
I think i just got lucky with all my loots.. most of them were up to 6 kill counts but some of them were between 10-25
