I don't know... I'd just get flame if I said something like "Awesome ___" or "Fuckin' hardcore ___". Pluss, there are a lot of maxed account, not like my account is exceptionally good.

It's not to stay logged in? It's to show other people that you're afk, with something like a "AFK" sign above the players head.

Oh, how can you abuse it? It would be nice to identify real players from AFK ones. They would maybe have a little logo over their head that says "AFK" or something. Saves people asking.

eeing as 90% of the time there are always people AFK, maybe a ::afk command would be in place? It would keep you logged in and when you come back type the command again to play.

See, this idea can be tweaked and it's rules for getting isn't set in stones. I just think that the basic that a "loyal" or a "long term player", could get a special item. It's really not a big deal, it's like, let's say you work somewhere for a really long time, you'll get paid more, right? It's kind of the same way, but it wouldn't really be an advantage.

That's obvious. I also think that they should make all the monsters solo-able. Also, if you're going to make a boss, make it right, you know? Often developers just trows out bosses without thinking about how people could take an advantage of it. (Safespot, weakness, droprates)
