I went round the map looking for NPC's for slayer just before James made the slayertower update. I don't know if these will be useful to you but I figured I'd share them anyway.

2705 9489 - Black Demons
2595 3167 - Blue dragon, Black dragons, red dragons, kalphite guardians and baby blue dragon
2900 9800 - Jungle spider, green dragons and black demons
2856 9850 - Jungle spider, Hell hounds, Black demons and a random battlemage
3131 9931 - Giant crypt spider
3103 3565 - Skeleton (Level 6 wildy, Edgeville)
3241 3923 - Chaos Elementals (level 50+ wildy)
3244 3196 - Ghosts
