Can someone explain IVs, EVs, and Base Stats to me? Explain them how they work by themselves and then how they work together, if possible.

Get back to the game's roots and don't ban players that make the game enjoyable. 90% of the people that used to play the game only came on to chat with old friends and try to make new ones. When you start banning those players, several others are going to leave because there is no point in them staying. Most people couldn't care less if you only updated once every few months as long as it is still fun, but without fun people the game has an infinitely small chance of actually being fun.

Unfortunately, however, those people you banned are long gone for the most part and so are the people who left with them. If it's really worth it to you, track them down and politely invite them back. If you were, to say, bring back Volcanic Me you could potentially bring back fifteen monthly users. Luke? Ten more users. Aaron? Ten more. You could bring back over a hundred monthly users in under an hour of effort. Track them down and ask them if they'd like to play again. If they say no, that's fine. Let them go and don't be dicks about it. Whether they say yes or no, unban them. If you're willing to offer them to come back, unban them anyway. They'll eventually pop in every now and then and people will hear about it.

You owe it to the players that left who weren't banned, you owe it to the players that play now, and to be honest you owe it to 70% of the people you banned.

I think that Ron Paul is the second best Republican candidate, but sadly he is only the fourth most likely to get the Republican nomination. Other than him, Romney is the only other candidate that wouldn't destroy America. Obama is still the best candidate and he will be reelected.

Mute, if my math is correct, and it never is, you have 2% of the posts, not 0.02%.

Also, I looked into how many posts Nick actually has and it's right around 5,000 or 5% but it's probably closer to 6%.
