Tech Support / My Screen Goes White When I Go To Play Worldscape...

I click o Play Worldscape Classic.
Then it says waiting on downloader.
Then freezes....
And then if you scroll the worldscape screen goes white....
I'm not goodb with computer stuff so can anybody help me without using big words.
