I just feel like there are a lot of topics that are stickied that shouldn't be. I'm not ranting about this but I feel like it should be cleaned up and that mods can't sticky them cause THEY think it's funny or cool. It should just be stickied if it's important.
yeah i agree with this! there is too many stickied topics. Could the forums staff do something like was done here:

I think if that is at all possible you guys should do it. or just make them regular topics.
Yeah, I was thinking of that, but that's only in one board. Not all of them...
I know but it would be nice if they could work something out like that to reduce the number of stickied topics.
Or make a new board and have subboards with the stickied topics from each section.

Yeah or that could work too. Again i was just throwing something out. I think that would be best if it was possible to do in a shorter period of time. But it would be a big mess. LIke here there would be a runescape accounts thread then there would be a thread about " Ryan's language". So we might need some other ideas.
That's why there are multiple child boards for that board. The 'Ryan's Language' should be unstickied btw..

that's just your opinion. It should be stickied so people know how to talk to Ryan and understand him. But we are not here to argue about that. let's just try to compromise and see if we can get it cleaned up a little.

Pretty much everything that is stickied should be stickied. There's only about 3 topics that aren't really that important and are stickied. If we need room for another important topic we will make room.
So why are those three stickied? Ryan's Language is one. Noobwherdyagetdathat is the second. Which is the third?
I mean most of the topics in the off topic board, but they're fine. Everything that is stickied right now should stay stickied.

Explain why it matters so much to you because you've brought this point up numerous times.
Because stickied topics are supposed to be important towards the game or have decent meaning towards the game. Those two and maybe the third have almost nothing, or nothing to do with the game.
It's okay to have fun and joke around once in a while. I never intended my 'Ryan's Language' topic to be taken so seriously. I mean, yeah, it has some meaning and truth behind it, but it was intended as a joke. You seem to be taking it serious though. It's not like it was a sticky in the news and annoucements section. It was in the off-topic section. Nothing important really ever goes in there.
If it wasn't really that important, why was it stickied?
The ones that arn't important need to be un-stickied.

As of right now everything in General is important and should stay stickied. Everything in offtopic is, well, offtopic so it's fine. And everything in the rest of the boards is fine.
