To post a picture you first have to upload it to a site like Photobucket then post the URL from there.

This really wouldn't be a banner.... Anyone can just go onto one of the text generator websites and type in a message. Please add more to this banner if you are going to continue to keep it on the forums here. If you aren't then I'm going to have to remove it. Thanks.
