99 should be max skill, more realistic to RS and better.

I was 102 HP i then leveled to 103 and I got reset to 99...

I really like the idea much, but i think the owner of the clan chat needs to accept you in it if your in a clan. So we don't have people lurking around out clan chat.

well i open the client and the game is all loaded up but it gets stuck at connecting to update server. what do i do?
