99 should be max skill, more realistic to RS and better.

If Ryan makes it so it takes the same amount of time to 99 as 135, then yeah. Ryan would have to reduce the hits too.
Yeah make the same time from 1-135 to 1-99 135 looks un-neat and 99 is more realistic.

A few different servers have 135 max, 99 is good.
No way. Then this would literally become blitz again. Just cause its 508 doesn't mean its gotta be 99 now.

I do not agree with this at all.
We have had 135 max level for a long time.
Pretty much since the beginning.
Therefore why change this now, only because of if turning 508.
Just like the other people said, 135 makes this place unique.

no 135 is awsome thats one the reason why you to play ws and not rs
135 is what makes me stick to this server, its a little bit of a harder goal than 99.. and i think it looks cool..
Why 99? It's just old.. 135 is the new deal.
