WorldScape Blitz

My how things have changed. I started playing WS over 3 years ago at least and there were close to 50-70 players on constantly. Havent been on in over 2 years, however. Who you consider legends aren't even close to the guys that were here from the start. I think the begining of the end was when an ex admin or mod, can't remember who, maxed out everyone's character files which REALLY made some people mad.

However, it's not just WS on the decline, its not just other private servers on the decline, Runescape in general is on the decline and all other relatives to it are feeling the effects of it. It's sad to see because this was truly one of the better servers and COMMUNITIES I have ever been with.

I like the idea of donator and so does alot of people. It gets people involved and shows true members of the server and forums.

This seems pointless to me =p

It takes a talented group of friends and staff members to make a classic server last 3+ years. Im proud to be apart of it. Great job guys

I have a board exactly like this on my forums and people love them. Just a simple biography board. Also introduction boards are good. Those are for new members where they can post to get their names out there.

. Just like he said its the same in runescape. When you're in the party room and all a sudden 5mill goes in, you want it for yourself, but they try to even it out and have all of the bankers ay it and teletport you to the party room for free.

Most often people aren't looking for HUGE updates, the littlest things go the farthest ways, I've learned that quickly. The small things like skill cape emotes, equipment status, all that. But also of course the big things. Heres what I came up with:

Places and Events

-Grand exchange
-pest crontrol
-godwars
-kalphite queen
-castle wars
-bounty hunter
-duel arena
-quests
-real wild and a fun wild
-The real fally party room (that would be a HUGE hit)
-holiday events (you guys have done great ones in the past)
-real jad
-fight pits

Items

-PVP armor (vestas, statius etc.)
-godswords (of course)
-dark bows (real special)

Features

-harder training
-summoning
-hunting
-"resting" (brand new RS feature)
-construction (to build houses)
-tutorial island
-clan chat
-the newer emotes
-bank organization tabs
-trade equalizer (where it says the trade dead lines, how much you can go over/under)

Some, if not most of these are probably 99% impossible, but just throwing them out there. I wish you and the creators the best of luck on Blitz  :D

How long you've played Worldscape: about one year now

Small paragraph about yourself: Im a very straight forward kind of person and i don't lie myway around things.  I can very easily notice the details of servers because i am co owner and admin on several servers. Im not one of those people that is doing this just to kiss up to the bosses and I hope to help out Worldscape Blitz as much as possible.

Small paragraph on why we should choose you: I think i should be chosen because I know all there is to know about Worldscape because I've been around for quite some time.  I've never been banned and Ive never abused any of the rules and i belive that I would be a great help to the testing of Blitz.

Small paragraph on what you think of Worldscape as it is now: Ive always liked worldscape classic because ive always been a fan of the classic old school servers but I have also been staff of the new silabs and 508 servers and i have grown into them and found my place in them rather quickly. Ive been looking forward to Blitz for a long time and cant wait for it's arrival.

Rate Worldscape as it is now (1-10): As of now, i would give it a 9 for the simple reason that it is highly succesfull for a classic server.  I know of only one other old school server and it gets a average of 5 players a day. World scape if more then triple that and im glad to be apart of it.

One or more suggestions on how you think Worldscape now could be improved? I think the lag is a small but yet annoying problem with some people. I dont personally expierince it but I think some people are seeing this as an excuse to say they lost their rares in a lag when really they did not.

I hope to be a beta tester and i look forward to working wit the staff more closely.

i dont see how people think obama is going to kill us or try to take us over. he obviously was born in america and it seems to me that the guy sorta wants to help out the country after that piece of crap bush.. McCain would die half way through his term and he'd lead the same crap that weve been seeing for 8 years... i dont think we need it for 4 more.

i hate all of them =p im into movies that are about our nation or stuff related to the history of america like band of brothers and then the big movies like independance day, vantage point, air force one and then of course eagle eye :)
