Legend Capes are not even close to being rare, so do not fall for people trying to sell them for 20M. To get your hands on one of them simply go to the Legends Guild (Ardy Tele) then do the command ::hhhh 1 then trade the man on the second floor of the guild to buy a cape for 12gp.
The same also goes for Wizard Trimmed robes both G and T, these can be bought at ::buymage at very low prices.

i dont think legend capes are rare sence people use it on people all the time... what is agenst the rules...

well i din't that you can use on players and they would get it but anyhow, you can buy them at legends guild 2nd floor of guild, i belive there like 50gp. The guild also sell silver lights.
