Right here on the 23rd run, as I searched the sarcophagus to fight Ahrims, I looked away from the screen for a minute or so, and I glance back to realize I was in Lumbridge.
Pro tip: Don't go afk while fighting Ahrims.
The only valuable items I had lost were the Keris, the Bandos Chest Plate, and the helm of Neitiznot... and then there was the 10th Squad Sigil... FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
