That's pretty nice for a first! I don't really like the one with the face in the middle though. Good work!

Haha, It's a bit over done. But I did it so it's like 'Qorx is watching you' haha.
Pretty nice. You'll pick up techniques as you progress through Photoshop. Don't give it up, that's the main point. Practice makes perfect 8)

The first and third one are the same, are they not?
The third one's a tad lighter. I thought they were the same too lol.

Someone's eye sight is beast ::)
Also, just a suggestion, add boarders to your work. It makes it look much neater.
The third one isn't lighter, It's just some little effects and the third one has a purplish pink overlay in the center.
@Jake: I will do from now on.
The 2nd and the 3rd one are almost the same. Except the head in the middle. The 2nd has that purple effect as-well.
i just cant seem to get on it i don't like banners with 2 renders.
